First off, this is actually my second blog, but I’m still trying to figure out this whole thing.
Ok, some basic information about me. My name is Jordin Fox, I’m a sophomore at Towson University in Baltimore, MD, and I play Ultimate.
I started playing in the Fall of 2009, and I’m pretty sure it was the best decision I’ve ever made at college. I’ve met some awesome people who play from not only my school, but others in the Metro East region just by playing against them and this is by far the coolest community of people who all genuinely love a single sport.
Oh and a little bit of information about my team too! First off, I play for Hammertime at Towson, and I am a handler. Our team took 3rd in the Section last spring and made our debut at the Metro East Regionals in Princeton. We did break seed at Regionals, but we have bigger goals for this season. There are some crazy awesome girls on our team and I wouldn’t have it any other way. We have a strong set of rookies which is very exciting and we’re looking to have a good spring season starting at Pigglyfest February 19th-20th at University of Delaware.
