Not the In-N-Out kind of spread, unforch … (“Can I get a guap of extra spread, please thanksssss.” How did I not get fired for taking my boss’ car out for In-N-Out, leaving my children unattended for literally hours at a time, 2-3 times a week? Was it because my coworkers and I had to work through any and all meal times to keep the office afloat? Maybe. At least I never showed up to work drunk … can’t say the same for certain other “superiors” I’ve had. BOOM. In related news, I miss Adams Tower. What do actual Stanford students even use that room for, anyway?)
I’ve been pretty blessed that this blog is still alive and kicking after two years and eight months. As you might know, it kind of started as an inside joke amongst my teammates, and somehow it grew into something a lot bigger than I ever imagined. I’m not really sure how it started — this is a “private” blog, in that it’s not up on Blogger’s blogroll, and I was under the impression that this blog wouldn’t come up on Google searches. But according to my sitemeter a bunch of references come from Google searches sooooo … thanks a lot, Blogger? Anyway, bottom line is that I’m not really quite sure how the news of this blog got out, and I’m definitely a little curious, but more than that I’m just thankful. I’m always pleasantly surprised when people come up to me at tournaments and say hello, and whenever I get new readers or comments. So keep it coming! 🙂
This post didn’t really have a point to it, really. I’m just wondering how people find out about this stuff, I guess. If you like what you see, I hope you keep coming back for it. I’ve admittedly fallen off a little bit with the ultimate posts, but that happens when you graduate and you’re thrown out of the college ultimate scene. I’m hoping to get back into it with some ambitious shit I tried doing a few years ago but flaked out on … soooo … we’ll see how that all works out, now that I need distractions from finding employment. And as they say, if you don’t like what you see, then get the hell out! But no, in all seriousness … haters can step off.
