We are very proud to announce Women’s College Centex 2014! This is the 11th year of the women’s division of College Centex, and the 6th year of partnership between Without Limits and the University of Texas Women’s Ultimate program. This tournament has historically been the premier spring college tournament and we look forward to continuing that tradition. Our goal is to continuously improve the level of competition, as well as the quality of the experience at our tournament. This tournament has been built on the support of our friends, and we are incredibly thankful for the support we have received.
The majority of bids to this tournament are allocated based on historical program strength and/or recent Regional and National finishes. Every year, we award several bids to promote the growth of women’s ultimate, both in the South Central and among up-and-coming teams across the nation. Coaches and captains in every region are consulted in the bid allocation process. We have done our research and are confident that we will be bringing you the best possible competition.
We are grateful for the opportunity to work with our alma mater University of Texas on this tournament. Melee has played such a formative role in the development of Without Limits and in our overall ultimate experience. We are thankful that they allow us to be a part of something so special year after year.
Please note that this will be a USA Ultimate sanctioned event. All participants will be required to be USA Ultimate members.
