YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER HERE. REMEMBER TO BRING A DISC!
Time: 4:45-6:25 PM (two 45-minute sessions with a 10-minute break)
Cost: FREE
– Sign up for ONE station in Session 1 and ONE station in Session 2.
– Do not sign up for the same station twice.
– Do not sign teammates up– registration is on a first come, first served basis.
– Each clinic is designated as “Beginner,” “Intermediate / Advanced,” or “All.” Intermediate / Advanced clinics are limited to college players with at least 2 seasons of experience (2 college seasons or 1 college + 1 club).

Throwing Skills and Drills (All)
One of the skills that limits many beginning players is throwing. Learn a variety of drills that will help you develop your arsenal of throws as quickly as possible. Great for beginning players and captains tasked with teaching these players.
Laying Out (All)
Good form can go a long way in getting you off your feet and getting the disc into your hands. This station will cover the tricks and tips to get your bids bigger and safer.
Throwing for Distance (Intermediate / Advanced)
In this station, you’ll learn how to get your big throws to go further, how to pull, and where to aim your throws.
24/7: How to Get Open (All)
We’ll go over cutting basics, technique and body mechanics of different types of cuts, and tricks to use to get open on someone one on one.
Breaking the Mark (Intermediate / Advanced)
This clinic explores the techniques and strategies to breaking any mark. Learn how to make your mark seem non-existent.
Taking Space (Beginner)
In this clinic we’ll focus on defensive positioning, using your body to dictate on defense, and becoming more comfortable with spirited physical contact on the field.
Defensive Positioning (Intermediate / Advanced)
This clinic will focus on positioning for advanced defenders and how the mark and downfield defense need to work together.
Marking (All)
The mark is a key position, and effort on the mark will determine your team’s defensive success. In this clinic, you’ll learn the fundamentals of marking including footwork, angles and spacing, how to approach the thrower, and more.
Deep D (All)
Anticipation, reading the disc, positioning are crucial to playing good deep defense. Learn the skills you need to dominate in the air.
Drills for Defensive Skills (All)
Tired of doing the same drills over and over again? Build an arsenal of drills to help your team build their defensive skills.
Footwork and Agility (All)
This station will demonstrate how quick-feet ladders can be used to improve agility, quickness, footwork, running form, body positioning, hip rotation, and proper cutting technique. We will begin with a standard ladder setup and we will progress to advanced variations, including L-ladders, T-ladders, resisted ladders, ladders w/ release, and other variations using advanced training equipment.
