Payment and Refund Information

Payment Information

Payment information will be emailed to you upon your acceptance to the tournament. Bids will be accepted on a rolling basis.

Your bid will be confirmed once payment is received. A late fee of $50 will be assessed for all late payments. Teams will be given one week to PayPal their bid fee once accepted to the tournament. Please use the Friends & Family option or cover the cost of any transaction fees in your payment. This timeline may be shortened in the month leading up to the event.

Refund Information
Team Drops

If your team drops after June 30, 2021, we will not be able to refund your bid fee. 

Cancellation Due To COVID 

If we do not have enough teams registered (and paid) by June 30, 2021, Heavyweights will likely be canceled. Your team will receive a full refund.  

If the event must be canceled due to COVID, you will receive at least a 75% refund. We promise to be fair and will refund as much of your bid fee as possible. Bid fees retained will be used to cover irrecoverable costs (e.g. fields, portable bathroom rentals, golf cart rentals, supplies).

Cancellation Due To Weather 

The site has a good inclement weather policy, but in the event of cancellation due to severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cover our upfront costs. Similar to above, we promise to be fair in our handling of refunds. However, due to the last minute nature of weather cancellations, we may have more irrecoverable costs than a COVID-related cancellation that takes place 1-2 weeks before the event.
