Payment information will be emailed to you upon your acceptance to the tournament.
Women’s Division: Developmental teams have a choice between the D-I Tier and the D-III Focused Tier. The D-III Focused Tier is targeted toward D-III teams and/or teams who historically compete at a similar level. Tiers may be combined depending on interest.
Men’s Division: Teams will be accepted into Tier 1 based on historical strength, Spring 2018 results, Fall 2018 results, and key roster additions/losses. Teams will be accepted into Tier 2 on a rolling basis. Tiers may be combined depending on interest.
Your bid will be confirmed once payment is received. A late fee of $50 will be assessed for all late payments.
In the event that your team needs to withdraw from the tournament, refunds will be handled as follows:
Notification after:
Jan 1– 50% refund
Jan 15– no refund
If your team drops from the event after the 50% refund deadline, in order to submit a bid to a future Without Limits event, you will be required to pay an extra $50 deposit. The $50 deposit will be returned to you at the end of the event.
The fields have a great inclement weather policy. In the event of cancellation due to severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to keep some or all of your bid fee in order to cover our upfront costs.
