Northeast Captaining 101 Clinic

Without Limits and the Swarthmore College Warmothers are proud to present an exciting playing and development opportunity this winter.  It is specifically geared toward captains, team leaders, and future team leaders.  The event is open to women’s ultimate players, and will be specifically geared toward college teams and young club teams.  Coaches at this clinic will include players from some of the best teams on the East Coast.

Instructors
Michelle Ng
 (Phoenix)- Michelle currently plays for Phoenix, and is a former captain of Texas Showdown, Bay Area Slackjaw, University of Texas Melee, and the UC Berkeley Pie Queens.  She was a Callahan Top 3 finisher in 2006, an All-Region selection in 2008, and won the Kathy Pufahl Award in 2010.  She is a two-time College Nationals Qualifier with UC Berkeley and University of Texas, and a four-time Club Nationals Qualifier with Showdown, Molly Brown, and Phoenix.
Molly Moore (Hot Metal)- Molly currently plays for the Pittsburgh women’s club team, Hot Metal.  She previously captained University of Pittsburgh Danger and has played for the club teams Pittsburgh Pounce and Pennsylvania area Wildcard.  She has qualified for the College Championships once with Pitt and for the Club Championships once with Wildcard and once with Hot Metal.  Molly has been active in the Pittsburgh youth ultimate scene, coaching the Youth Club Girls Team for four years and the Pittsburgh Allderdice High School Girls Team for two years.  She is a two time winner of the Pittsburgh High School Ultimate League Coach of the Year Award (2008, 2011).
Mary Kate “Uzi” Hogan (BENT)- Uzi currently plays for BENT, is a former captain of the University of Southern California Hellions of Troy, and has played for LA Metro, District 5, and New York University Violet Femmes. She was an All-Region Second Team selection in 2009 and an All-Region First Team selection in 2010 and 2011.  She qualified for College Nationals twice with the Hellions, finishing 5th in 2010, and qualified for Club Nationals with both LA Metro and District 5, including a 2nd place finish with D5 in 2010.
Tracy Woo (Brute Squad)- Tracy has played with Brute Squad since 2010.  Prior to that, she played for Lady Godiva for four years, captaining the team in 2009.  Tracy has also played for Prime, Rare Air, and Safari.  She won gold at Beach Worlds last year with the Team USA women and placed 4th at Club Worlds in Prague in 2010 with Brute.  She won College Nationals with UCSD in 2002 and made semis with them in 2004.  She was Southwest All-Region in 2004 and won the Sectional Coordinator of the Year Award in 2009 as the East New England SC.
Amber Sinicrope (Brute Squad)- Amber is currently in her 8th season with Brute Squad.  She started playing ultimate at Amherst Regional High School in 2003.  She played for University of Wisconsin Bella Donna (2008-2009) and Smith College Luna Disc (2010-2012), competing at Div I and Div III nationals respectively. She was a Top 3 finisher for the 2012 Callahan Award and an All-Region selection in 2009, 2011 and 2012.  Amber was also a member of the USA Junior Worlds team that won WJUC in 2006, and a captain of the bronze medal Team USA squad in 2008.  With Brute Squad, she has made finals once and semi-finals three times, while also finishing 4th at Club Worlds in Prague in 2010.
Amy Hudson (Scandal)- Amy started playing Ultimate at the University of Maryland in 2005.  She attended College Nationals with them as a player in 2008 and 2010 and then served as their assistant coach in 2011 and 2012. Amy played on the mixed team Dumpsterfire for 2 years, and is finishing her second year with the D.C. women’s team Scandal.
