Dale learned to play ultimate at Hampshire College, where he was “Most Likely to Grunt While Laying Out” his first year. He captained Red Scare for 3 years, and has coached Smith College LunaDisc for the past 7 years. In 2011, he coached LunaDisc to a 3rd place finish at Division III College Nationals.
