Katy Harris may be one of the sweetest people in the world, but she is also one of the most baller ultimate players in the club women’s game. She has been playing ultimate for over a dozen years, including eight seasons with Backhoe. She now plays with North Carolina Phoenix. She was a Nationals Quarterfinalist in college, a Nationals Finalist with Backhoe, and led Phoenix to Semifinals this past season. Off the field, she has a M.S. in Public Health in Health Policy and Management from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has worked as a full-time personal trainer, a research assistant doing visual brain mapping, and as a Certified Nutrition Specialist. Needless to say, Katy is an extremely accomplished individual, and we look forward to having her on board as a coach.
